Welcome to Raghubar Palace. By accessing our website or booking our event spaces and suites, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Booking & Reservation Policies

All reservations for banquet halls and suites are subject to availability. To secure a booking date, a non-refundable deposit as stipulated in the pricing agreement is required.

2. Cancellations & Postponements

In the event of cancellation or postponement of your event, notice must be provided in writing. Refund of any eligible portion of payment is subject to our standard cancellation policy detailed in your contract.

3. Liability

Raghubar Palace is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings during an event or hotel stay. The booking client assumes responsibility for any physical damage caused to the venue structure, decorations, or assets by their guests, organizers, or vendors.

4. Adherence to Rules

All event hosts, vendors, and guests must strictly adhere to the Venue Rules. Failure to comply with security, volume limits, or local laws may result in immediate event termination without refund.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
