Venue Rules

To ensure a safe, memorable, and premium experience for everyone at Raghubar Palace, all hosts, guests, and third-party vendors are required to strictly follow our venue rules.

1. Sound & Music Regulations

In compliance with local environmental protection regulations:

• Outdoor music, live bands, and DJs are allowed until 10:00 PM.
• Indoor music within the banquet halls must be kept within reasonable decibel levels as managed by our audio systems.

2. Catering & Kitchen Use

Whether utilizing our premium in-house catering or approved external caterers:

• Cooking is strictly confined to the designated kitchen area.
• Caterers are responsible for clearing waste and leaving the kitchen area in a clean condition.
• Outside food is subject to approval prior to the event date.

3. Decorations & Setup

To preserve the palace's heritage aesthetic:

• No drilling, nailing, or pasting of adhesives on the painted walls is permitted.
• All setups must be approved during the pre-event walkthrough.
• Decorators must clean and remove all structures within 3 hours after the event closes.

4. Hotel & Room Policies

For guests staying in our luxury suites:

• Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
• Government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all checking-in guests.
• Loud noise or gatherings in hotel corridors are strictly prohibited.
